I would really say 3.5 stars. And let me tell you why. First off, the location of this hotel is excellent, and I feel the perfect size casino floor compared to others, that will depend on what you're looking for as well. I always check for bed bugs, and there was none here! Great news. Some of the issues I had with the place though, seemed odd to be happening. We had a double queen suite. The elevators sounded like they could break at any time (they didn't thank goodness). We had a fridge that was on, but I wouldn't really say that it worked. There was also no microwave in the room, which disappointed us a little as one of the mates wanted to cook eggs but had no way. The AC unit was immaculate in the living room area, but not the bedroom, quite the opposite actually. The room came with only 4 pillows, I've seen minor hotels have double or more that. The pool closing at 6 seemed a little odd to me, seeing as it was the weekend and not even close to being dark. All this to say I would definitely stay here again, upon returning to Vegas, but spending $1500 on a suite would be out of the question most likely. The views were nice though as well
Free airport shuttle! Brian picked me up from Terminal 1 and took me to the hotel. He delivered my bags to my room. He was fantastic. Dave drove me back, and carried bags too. The City Cafe’s wait staff were excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was made just right and quick. The cafe is brand new. The only negative was the stained hallway carpet, but the room’s carpet was good and everything inside was clean and in good condition. I like quiet, small hotel/casinos off the strip. (I also always use earplugs in hotels.I recommend this to everyone.) I was not looking for a big, bold party experience. I will come back.
First time eating at SmashBurger. I opted for the Breakfast Burger, which comes with egg, bacon, and cheese. The burger was dry, not moist at all. The egg, over fried, a few seconds from being burnt. The bread was tasty but nothing really was impressive. The tater tots were delicious. Crispy, hot, not soggy or oily. Overall rating on the burger 2, tots 4.5, overall SmashBurger earned a 3. Total for both, $15.12
This is a must visit in Vegas. Especially if you love Italian food. The market is great to do some shopping, our entire group ate from different places in Eataly. The food is incredible! After you eat definitely snag a latte from the Lavazza cafe.
The teppanyaki experience takes center stage at Benihana. Classic dishes like the Hibachi Chicken or the Lobster Tail are executed with finesse and the chefs are fun and humorous. They'll do the choo-choo train or the onion volcano. Kids love that stuff. One of Benihana's features is the sushi assortment. Service, much like the cooking, is attentive and engaging. The staff ensures that every aspect of the dining experience feels personal and memorable. It's a massive space, and I would guess that it's the biggest venue of all the Benihana's. It gives off the feel of being in Japan. You can tell it's aged a quite a bit, but don't worry, the ingredients are not as old as the venue.
Phil's Steakhouse & Italian is amazing and the food is always excellent, it really is one of a kind upscale Steakhouse , seafood and classic Italian cuisine with a great atmosphere where you feel you are dining in your private suite with private and very attentive staff, starting with the hosts. it's such a great service where you don't wish to end your dinner but continue as the nights of Las Vegas goes on nonstop. Thank you Phil's Steakhouse and we will be back soon.
fast and friendly service. a lot of tables to dine in. sushi burrito was flavorful. they removed the queso with chips which we liked 5 years ago and were sad to know. the dole whip pineapple were new to us and was really good and refreshing in a hot afternoon
A nice stroll through many shops and restaurants! This promenade is jam packed with things to do, you could spend an entire day here alone! At the very end there is the Ferris wheel and along the promenade there is a casino, many bars and many excellent places to shop, eat or just hang out.
My husband and I found it absolutely hilarious! Couldn't stop laughing the entire time! Knowing Harry Potter is a big bonus, but even if you don't, there's enough other references to enjoy it! Smaller, more personal venue with plenty of crowd work was a plus. Would recommend, well worth it!!
Fun place. Great entertainment on Friday nights. Good food at reasonable prices. Need more patio seating during shows.
Intimate and peaceful. Kaylee helped me with a sciatica issue...highly recommend her! Walk in showers, sauna, relaxing jacuzzi, plenty of toiletries. Located with fitness center and hair salon on the 3rd floor next to the pool in the north tower. Great experience. I will be back.
The games are super rad. The pool is nice. The location is at the heart of a lot of activities and very close to Fremont. However, the rooms are ghetto. Hardly any outlets, only one working lamp, dirty floor, no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Our room was also right in front of a performance stage where there was loud music until 1AM. Definitely not a place if you want sleep, which I get this is a party hotel and is why they also provided ear plugs. Some of the staff was way nice the other half were tripping over their egos as soon as the after hours hit. Couldn’t find the main entrance when we first got there and turns out it’s the entrance to the club and you have to get ID’d and see your room card every time you go in. They also wouldn’t let our guests come in which this is the only hotel I’ve ever been at with that policy. I spoke with others staying there the same weekend that had similar experiences. I would say this hotel should definitely cost less and the security should have less of a fancy club attitude.
We went to Bet MGM in Park MGM on Friday night. We waited ten minutes at the front at the sign that says hostess will sit you and there was no hostess in sight. We found a waitress who was very sweet and showed us a table to to sit down at and said she’d take care of us. Not a minute later the hostess (very short with dark red hair) stormed up to our table and said who told you you could sit here. When we explained our situation that we waited at the front (meanwhile there was another 5 people waiting to be seated while she was arguing with us) she told us we can’t sit there and we needed to go to the front. We told her we would go somewhere else and she proceeded to raise her voice and cut us off. We asked to speak to a manager and once again waited five minutes, no manager is sight so we left. We stayed at Park MGM and everytime we walked past the bar, there was always a wait to be seated with no hostess in site. My husband and I are from Canada and wanted to watch the hockey game but after the rude service we were happy to find elsewhere to go. Save your money.
This place is a hidden gem! We went a little early to watch the golden knights game but this is a place where I would go back and the atmosphere was great! The views are beautiful and I’m sure they look amazing at night! The outdoor balcony was closed/reserved, so we couldn’t experience that. The lobster rolls were delicious and a must try!! The drinks are spectacular!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was $35. Also found unique gifts there. Exhibit was intense and informative. Music was very hypnotic and soothing - would love to know the name of piece / composer.
This customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I’ve spent more than enough money at PENN properties and could get better service at a Motel 6. I booked a room weeks ago and never received a confirmation email stating we booked, so my wife and myself have called numerous times to get that confirmation email sent to us. We have been now been told that their email system has been down for months and that sometimes it sends and sometimes it doesn’t. Well it didn’t. They repeatedly try to give a “confirmation number” which is actually a series of letters and when I try typing that into my PENN gaming app or the M Resort site it can’t be found. They seem to think this is no big deal. After being told this we asked to speak to a manager who refused to speak to us and would instead just tell the associate what to say and then we would be put on hold time and time again. We are traveling across the country from Chicago and would like to have confirmation that my hotel room is booked before I arrive. It’s 2023, not the Stone Age, there is no reason you can’t send a confirmation email as a multi billion dollar company. I then asked her if she could mail it to me and she said oh we don’t do that. Do better M Resort! You claim to be a 4 star resort but don’t provide 4 star customer service.
