I recently dined at this Japanese restaurant, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite its high rating, I couldn't fathom why. The sauces were overwhelming, completely masking the delicate flavors of the fish. To add to the disappointment, the servers seemed preoccupied, engrossed in conversations with their colleagues rather than attending to diners. Furthermore, the restaurant's prices were exorbitant for the underwhelming experience it offered. Considering the taste, service, and ambiance, it was an unreasonable splurge. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place to fellow diners.
I recently stayed at the LINQ Hotel in Las Vegas and had quite an enjoyable experience, though not without a few hiccups. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic location, perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant Vegas atmosphere. As a gambling enthusiast, I found the casino to be top-notch, offering a wide variety of games that kept me entertained throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after a day full of activities. However, I did notice that the room was a bit dusty. This wasn't a major issue, but a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning department would have made the room perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the array of dining options available at the hotel. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a fancy meal, there's something for everyone. And, of course, the nightlife here is vibrant and exciting, living up to the Las Vegas reputation. On the downside, my experience with the service on the gambling floor was mixed. While I appreciate the convenience of having waitresses available, I found it a bit off-putting that they seemed overly expectant of tips, especially when I had to remind one of them about my drink order. LINQ is a great choice for those looking to enjoy the quintessential Vegas experience - gambling, entertainment, and a lively atmosphere. Just be prepared for a little room dust and some eager service on the casino floor. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again on my next Vegas adventure.
It's always a great show. They were playing Christmas songs. It was wonderful. After 7 pm, they do a show every 15 minutes, so if you miss one, you can see the next one.
$28 lobster&shrimp mac n cheese is a joke and insulting. Had a couple shreds of lobster and covered with a bunch of those fake micro shrimp. All n the sauce was at the bottom. Very disappointing. Spinach dip was bland. The tuna stack was the only dish that we cared to finish. Nice bar to watch sports and get late night okay food. Wouldn't go again or recommend for food.
Very good food and service. Doesn't take too long if you're in a rush and the ingredients are fresh. Atmosphere wise this partially shares a food court with the sports deli, so depending on time of day it can get crowded or loud. The cold noodle salad is a vermicelli salad and very good, I especially liked the pickled carrot and daikon. I considered asking for an order just of that, but the salad was filling enough that I decided not to in the end. Note that my picture doesn't show it but the vermicelli does come with a sauce/ dressing. If you've had vermicelli before the dressing is similar to the usual sauce but no hint of spice (which I really appreciated). Definitely will be back next time I'm in the Rio.
I can’t say enough about how great this place is. I’m shocked how few people know about it. Very affordable, wonderful staff members, and beautiful exhibits. They even have an in house paleontologist you can talk to! This place deserves all the love and attention. Do yourself and your kids a favor and go check it out!
