I don’t care how much the drink was. I’m happy to pay for my drinks. But when I ask for a vodka lemon aid. And you give me a vodka sprite. Your my friend are a bad bartender. Need to learn what the difference is. Sprite is 10x the sugar. Who ever was working 745pm on Monday May 1st. Shout out to you ace. And then argue with me. Ha

This place is totally amazing inside the Venetian. Nice stores, really expensive one too. This place is crowded but who cares. You must visit it if you are in Vegas. The Grand Canal Shoppes and it's artificial sky and people in gondole like in Venice, Italy. That's so great!

Great for country music and sports on TV. For me, beer selection is the same as the casino, and even though the music wasn’t loud, when the room fills up with folks after the workday it is impossible to hear each other. I would not recommend this place for after show debriefing or casual business meetings. It’s just too loud to hear each other. I did not try the food or appetizers, but looks like a regular bar menu.

Wonderful culinary experience. We did the Discovery menu and had no complaints with any of the courses. I never knew food could taste that good. The elements of each dish tasted amazing on its own but taking a bite with all the elements together took the dishes to the next level. All the flavors worked so well together and there was a ton of umami. None of the ingredients overpowered the dish. So harmonious. I never liked dill but one of the courses had dill and I can't imagine it without. My husband who is far from vegetarian loved the comte cheese souffle course. My favorite (by a hair because everything was so good) was the cod with champagne sauce. Honestly just when you thought things couldn't get better, they did. We were also brought out an extra dessert on the house for my birthday which was also delicious. I hope to revisit sometime in the future if it revisit Vegas. Highly recommend for an experience you won't forget. 10 out of 5 stars!

We ate on 06/04/2023. We sat inside, and had Vanessa for our wait staff. We wanted for NOTHING. Our service was wonderful. We the lava shrimp was bussin. Absolutely do the fried pickles. The breading was great. The Club Sandwich is HUGE. We're talking Midwest portions. Be sure to hit up happy hour. Very affordable. Very filling. 10/10.

Place was absolutely a god send to get us out of the sun. Good food, fast staff, and fair prices. I got the brisket sandwich and fries. 3 sauces at our table to try from and I highly recommend the Jack BBQ sauce.

Very nice spa on the men’s side, was not busy at all. Brian the spa attendant was great and knew exactly when to come with refreshments etc and have plenty of warning to get ready for the massage. Rose my massage therapist was amazing and I could not recommend her enough

I honestly don’t know why this hotel is so highly rated (4+ stars in average). Check in was horrible, you can’t check in prior to 3pm unless you want to pay $20 extra, even if you tell them you don’t need access to the room before 3pm. Never heard of this practice before. Usually, hotels will check you in but would not give the keys, activate the card keys or let you know which room you are assigned to. So we have to come back to the check in counter for check in at 3pm again which is a waste of time. Super early breakfast options are limited with long lines to everything. Room is updated but furniture is not in the best condition already and the rooms smell musty. THE WHOLE property smells like smoke. Literally, everywhere, not just the casino area, smells like smoke. Other casino hotels aren’t like this… usually only the areas surrounding casino smells like smoke. The only good things from this place are the affordability, the room cleaning service and the location.

If you’re into deep dish pizza, this is the only spot to go. Chicago friends have said this place is just as good as the Giordano’s in Chi-town. However, be warned that the pizza takes at least 45 minutes to come out.

This spa was UHHH-MAZE-ING!!!! Very clean, the massage felt soooooooo good....the perfect amount of pressure to hit all my stress spots. Everyone was so nice. You felt the relaxing energy. We did the steam room after the massage and loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No other name would describe this bar any better considering it is located in the center of the casino floor. The bartenders are highly knowledgeable with drink making. My favorite part, however, is that there are sections beside the bar with couches and televisions so it is good for groups or individuals.

Absolutely amazing! We had a really great time at The Smashed Pig. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Everything was well balanced and cooked perfectly. The deviled eggs were like an Easter treat, the buffalo cauliflower was not overpowered by the buffalo sauce, the artichokes we're a surprising treat and the star of the night was definitely the salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the mashed potatoes. A+!

So we were in town for just one day and my wife has been wanting to see this show. So we decided to grab some tickets and go see it. There really is not a bad seat in the house and from the start Piff is just great. We found him funny and his magic is good. If you are in town and wanting to have a laugh he is the one to go and see. Afterwords he even goes out front and will take pics with everyone which is nice to see.

What a wonderful dining experience! Service was exceptional. We explained to Howie, our incredible host, that we preferred to experience a more traditional meal and asked him to select everything for us. Howie did not disappoint! He selected and explained the components of each dish. Then, Howie explained why he chose the dish and the other pairings. Worth all the money! Must try Cocktails: Golden Lotus and Hundred Schools of Thought.

I rarely eat hamburgers, as they are a big disappointment. However, the "American Burger "was outstanding. I was taken back by the size of it, almost too thick to be able to eat gracefully. Have been looking for a great hamburger for years. Especially after the disappointment of In N Out, that everyone brags about. And the order of Onion Rings was huge, couldn't finish the hamburger nor the onion rings. Well worth the price, well they were comped, but I would gladly pay the price. Seems high, but the amount you get, is worth the price. Looking forward to enjoying them again.

Been coming here after work for awhile now. Just wanted to say all the bartenders are good and friendly. Until I went one night and got Alison, she was rude and quick with her words. Constantly was complaining about me not playing enough, which I've never had a problem before with any other bartender. She was very unfriendly, and the cause of me leaving this review. Other than her, solid spot for drinks and gambling, and watching some sports on the TVs.
While this isn’t the nicest hotel or even remotely comparable to properties on the strip, it really isn’t that bad for the price and may be a better option than a lower end motel 6 or something similar. The rooms are very outdated but serviceable if all you want to do is sleep when you are in them. Housekeeping actually provided daily service which is something that is missing at most large brands these days. The casino and food offerings are fine - just wish more were open later and the casino was a little more lively. Security is good - this is located in a VERY rough area and I never felt unsafe with plenty of security patrolling the parking lot and always checking room keys at the elevator going to the rooms. I did always see homeless people asleep at the slot machines late at night but considering the area that’s not that bad.
This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The service and amenities are wonderful. The rooms are well appointed with great views. All the staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are amazing. We will be back! I can’t say enough about this wonderful resort!
