This is located just off the main casino floor. Not sure why there are so many low reviews, but we had a great time at The Kitchen. Service wasn't anything spectacular, but also not bad either. They brought us our food and refilled drinks, not really sure what everyone else was expecting. The fries were delicious. Crispy and flavorful. The burger was very good and large enough for 2 people to share.
My mom and I booked a Grand Canyon tour with a Valley of Fire sunset landing. It was AH-amazing!!! 11/10! If I could give this tour and company 1000 stars, I would. To start: The company offered pickup from our hotel ( Golden Nugget). They arrived on time at the assigned pick up time. I hate I can’t remember our driver’s name, but he was super friendly and told us cool little bits of info about the casinos we passed otw to the chopper. We arrive at the airport and after watching a safety video, we took pics in front of our helicopter and away we went. Our pilot was Jack Spellman. He was very funny, super informative about the areas we were seeing, the history, vegetation of the land, etc. He had an awesome playlist for the ride as well. And obviously, he’s a great pilot. This was a once in a lifetime experience! When first searching for a helicopter tour, this company was a little bit pricier than others….but well worth the money! You absolutely get your money’s worth. I will only be using 5 Star GCHT for my future helicopter adventures when I come to Las Vegas!
Overall not bad, but probably one of the smallest aquariums I've been to. Maybe that's not surprising since it's inside a hotel though. However, since it's Vegas they also charge quite a lot for such a short experience. I took my time, and still managed to finish in under 30 minutes. Length of the experience aside, the place was well maintained & had quite a good variety of sea life. There are a couple distinct zones with their own themes, and a handful of non-aquatic exhibits as well. I think it was worth doing once, but I probably wouldn't spend the money again - unless they had some sort of special exhibit going on.

Very nice Hotel, only a few minutes from the strip. What I really enjoy is free parking. It's more laid back don't have to deal with all the crazy construction and horrible traffic. Great restaurant excellent pools. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Stay hungry and my friends, enjoy.
Great breakfast for $6.45. Coffee was $3.95. Place began getting busy at around 5.30am. Loved the atmosphere. I just wished there was more creamer for Coffee and brown sugar vs white sugar. Steak was really good. A lot of food for such a good price. The rye toast bread was really good. I will surely return. The place is clean, lots of parking and friendly staff
Got food poisoning from the pho on June 10, 2023 about 6 pm. Must not have handled the food properly. It was truly miserable until I barfed it all up.
The Spa at Encore is amazing. From the moment you check in you are greeted with first class service. Been here a few times before and this time I went for the Good Luck Ritual massage. Go early before your appointment and make use of the other spa amenities. Steam Room, Dry Sauna and soaking pools (hot tub, cold tub and cold plunge). The spa is very Tranquil and even the the prices are higher it's worth the splurge to relax and get away from the noise I'm Vegas
I went to the bar for a cup of water after spending time at the casino and retail stores. The bartender said I needed my ID, even if it's just for water. Unfortunately, I left it in my room, so I showed him my ID from my travel app instead--which is used for COVID and airport screening. He still said that wouldn't work and that I'd need to get my physical ID. I asked him if he can tell me where a water fountain was instead, and I'd just refill my water bottle. He said there isn't one in the casino and proceeded to shoo me away. Worst service ever! I HAD MORE TROUBLE VERIFYING MY IDENTITY FOR A CUP OF WATER THAN PASSING SECURITY AT AN AIRPORT.
