OYO Pool

My experience at the OYO Pool in Las Vegas was extremely disappointing. The hotel is overpriced despite being advertised as a cheap option, and the resort fee felt like a rip-off since many amenities were closed. The entire property was outdated and uninviting, with the smell of cigarette smoke permeating the rooms. The cleanliness was subpar, with stains, dust, and hairs found throughout the room. Additionally, there were safety concerns such as blocked stairs and malfunctioning elevators. The customer service was lacking, with long waits for basic requests like clean towels. The added fees for a fridge and microwave felt like nickel-and-diming. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations in Las Vegas.

Recently stayed at OYO Pool in Las Vegas for a quick trip to see Miranda Lambert. We were looking for affordable lodging and OYO definitely delivered! This hotel is ideal for budget travelers, non-gamblers, or those who don't plan to spend much time in their room. The standout feature for us was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and accommodating. A special shout out to Brody and the Cantina staff for going above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable!

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its affordable price and convenient location. However, we were disappointed by our experience. There was only one working elevator, so we opted to take the stairs which were dirty and unpleasant. Our room had a strong smell of marijuana despite being non-smoking, and the AC unit was very loud. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order. Additionally, there was no security latch on our door which made us feel unsafe. The elevator buttons on our floor and the one below were not functioning properly, so we had to use the stairs for our entire stay. After only 10 minutes, we decided to cancel our reservation and move to another hotel. The staff was accommodating in allowing us to cancel without penalty. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
