Have visited for several years, but did the tour this year did the first time. Interesting and enjoyable, staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. Some very decent beers, friendly service and clean environment.
Food was good and so was the service and atmosphere. They were not flexible on a couple items I asked for such as not getting a little cheese, sour cream or any extra condiments for my carnitas without extra cost. Maybe that's the norm now days. Other than that everything was pretty good.
2 chocolate, 1 plain croissant and an espresso cost $37 USD! The croissants were just average and the espresso was pretty good but not for that price. Disappointing and would definitely not recommend.
We were very excited to check out the holiday pop up bar, "Bad Elf". Great holiday drink menu and free shot on Thursdays with your ugly sweater! Service was NOT so great! Waited a very long time to get some help and then the drinks we ordered were given to someone else who never ordered! 2nd time attempting an order bartender said she would bring our drinks over and after about 45 minutes was serving someone that had just walked in AND we NEVER got our order . Needless to say we will not be back.
Intimate, hip, ambient atmosphere with real great soul and jazz on Thursday nights. Great sushi. The hottest music spot in Vegas right now!i
Phenomenal steakhouse! The service is some of the best there is. They take such good care of you! Brian is a top-notch waiter... he was fabulous! Great atmosphere makes you feel like you're in old Vegas days. Food was perfect and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend for total dining experience!
This place is huge with many options to shop and eat. It is an outdoor mall. I came here during summer time in 2022 and boy was it hotttt! 🥵🔥 I don't understand why it would be built this fashion (not complaining) LOL! You can walk around here for hours. It's airy and open. Lots of space and parking. 🚗 Some common stores I am aware of but some of them I was not familiar with. I enjoyed my time while here (it was limited) I had to catch a flight ✈️ to Indiana within a few hours then to Washington state. I was able to eat a pizza 🍕 and drink some yummy boba 🧋 drink. The crowd was a pretty good amount, however service was good. I loved the feel and the layout of the place. Many selections for shopping 🛍️ and restaurants. I'd love to return again to browse more and enjoy.
Took forever to get a drink. Bartenders standing around doing nothing while the waitresses hustle. The volume on the bar speakers for the sporting event was so loud, that we could barely hold a conversation.
The food was pretty good, although the sirloin steaks had quite a bit of gristle. The kids pasta was decent, as were the mozzarella sticks that came with it. The dessert brownie was delicious although the portion was small. The rainbow cake was really tasty.
Line building as cashier or bartender wants to sit an talk to the other cashier ending her shift instead of helping the customers
It is an amazing architectural wonder!! We were there before any of the stores opened and it was a great way to window shop all the ultra luxury shops. We were there to go to the Van Gogh Experience which was upstairs along with a Disney Experience.
Warm inviting ambiance paired with excellent food and service! Will be back! Shout out to our waiter Javier for making this experience!
Loved our front desk agent. She was very friendly/professional and spoke to us like we were the first guests of the day despite the train of people we waited behind at check in. I requested a great Vegas view for my partners first trip to the city. She checked us into one of the best hotel views my partner and I had ever experienced! Dinner was fantastic, the waiting staff went above and beyond to make my partners birthday dinner rememberable. Hotel staff were so helpful throughout both Encore/Wynn. Absolutely loved every minute we spent at the hotel!
