VISITOR BEWARE!!! I visited this restaurant while on a work trip and the service I received was horrendous. Our server was not attentive at all, we didn't get water for our table until we were half way through our meal. As mentioned before, I went to dinner here while on a work trip, so thankfully I kept my receipt. As I was getting ready to submit my report I noticed that the restaurant charged me $117 when my receipt clearly states I authorized $63. They charged me nearly double. I'm in the process of disputing the charge, but beware to check how much they charge if you do decide to give them a try. The food and ambience were just ok but definitely overshadowed by the poor service provided. If you're looking for a good Italian experience, look elsewhere. Learn from my experience.
Get Andrew as your server!! This guy was awesome!! Also, we sat outside but it wasn't as cold because of the heat-lamps over our heads. I like the setup and the ambience! Very fun and chill place to go with friends! Explore the menu but if you want their best burger, Kurobota...I think it's called that...it's the one with Blueberry ketchup--I was very pleasantly surprised!!
Definitely a dinner to remember. My husband and I came into this dinner not really knowing what to expect but just trusting the reviews and the name. We had an amazing tasting experience. We both got the tasting menu for $125 each with some dishes having some additional costs but absolutely worth it. Loved everything from appetizers to main course and dessert. They do change their menu seasonally I believe but I would trust them on their wonderful blends of flavors and beautiful presentations. We also loved getting to see the kitchen in action and that is what makes this restaurant unique from his other restaurant next door. Great food, amazing service, we shall be back again!
Everyone is so friendly here but sometimes it can get backed up and the lines moves slowly. The frozen drinks are delicious. I recommend the Miami Vice.
As I am married to a Harry Potter fanatic, but I am not a HP fan, I still thoroughly enjoyed this show. For those reviewing negatively, they don’t understand the word parody, probably not the show for you if you don’t comprehend parody comedy. However, if this kind of comedy is your thing (and that style comedy is my jam) then this is the show for you. Perfect show with a mix of Harry Potter info, but two guys giving a fun parody and comedic illustrative show on what happens in 6 Harry Potter books. It keeps you laughing, and for me 70 minutes is just enough of a time for me about H.P. The guys thoroughly enjoy what they are doing and making each other crack up, which makes the show tons of fun. Quidditch!!!!!!
Rooms in old section are on the small side, but you have a close view of the stage. The windows also open for fresh air. Very close to everything. We had the GREATEST time! This is our new must stay.
A great place for Mexican food. I got the fajita's and loved it! The server was a little bit unattentive so that's why the service has 4 stars. The food and drinks were great.
Arrived at Big Al’s oyster bar about 45 mins before closing. I knew we weren’t super hungry and if they seated us we would be fast! I promised and they accommodated us. We already knew what we wanted so shortly after we were seated we place our order with the waitress. The Louisiana crab cakes were chock full of crab with each bite and the creole mustard sauce wasn’t overwhelming. We liked it so much we ordered 2! The salad was also full of crab meat with nice crunchy bacon hidden under the mound of crab. We requested ranch for our salad dressing and luckily it was on the side or I think the salad would have been swimming in the ranch. And finally the chowder…I’m reminiscing about the seafood chowder as I write this. You get clams, shrimp, crab and fish in this bowl. It is a hearty, tasty soup and surprisingly not at all salty! I saw the table next to us with the New England chowder and it looked thick and rich so I’m glad we opted for the seafood chowder. Good food and at great prices! The atmosphere is ok. It’s located in the Orleans which is an older, off strip property. Don’t expect the glitz and glamour of the strip properties here. It no frills and showing its age.
We had a great time at the rotating bar last Thursday afternoon. I can't recall his name, but our bartender was great. Very funny and informative. Burger and fries were both very good. Great view of the street performers as well.
Took my partner here for her birthday. The spa was dirty it had spilled drinks not cleaned up in several areas. There was left over hair in the showers and foot prints all over. Would not recommend there are way better spas in Las Vegas that I have been to. The message was decent.
Wow! What a 5 star experience at The Prime Rib Loft we had. We had a party of twelve and walked in without reservations! Craig the manager immediately came in and saved the day. He was so accommodating and made us feel completely welcomed. His professional demeanor was so wonderful. The experience was completely top notch and the delicious food just made it even better. Donna our server was so warm and friendly and kept smiling throughout all of our request. We travel a lot and go to many restaurants!! When we go to Vegas this will be a definite stop for great food, great atmosphere and top notch service.
I was able to watch this show located in the Westgate Hotel. Jen, the Magician, seemed really calm and has a soft spoken voice. I loved her act.
