Great service and great course but when I called to ask about how the conditions were they said "GREAT". Sorry bUt the greens were very slow and sporadic. Putting was really rough. Sure it will get better but be honest...
We attended the David Copperfield show on July 24th, and it was a wonderful experience for our family. Our seven-year-old son was particularly mesmerized by the magic. However, one annoying aspect of the show was the man who constantly paced back and forth in front of us, checking to see if anyone was using their cell phone or filming the show. Despite following the no cell phone policy, his constant presence was irritating and distracting. It was also quite expensive to attend the show. We suggest that individuals monitoring the audience’s behavior during the show stand on the side or in the back to avoid obstructing the view for others. Although the show was enjoyable, we are unsure if we would attend again. Note to David Copperfield, you're awesome. Thank you.
The dance floor was pretty nice for the size. Although the DJ was only playing very explicit misogynistic rap and hip-hop music. I hope that's not the case everyday. Since it was just a one night out with my girl gang chose to ignore the content and focus on the rhythm. The three stars is for the convenience and safe environment I felt inside Mandalay Bay.
Ugh. It makes me sad that I have to leave one star because, while my first night at the Heart Bar really was great, my experience the second night has completely deterred me from ever wanting to go there again. When me and my dad arrived at the heart bar, it’s important to mention Robin was working the side we sat at, and the first thing I did was put a 20 into the machine and started playing Jacks or Better. I hadn’t been greeted yet. I played for about 5 minutes before losing all my money, and decided to run upstairs real quick and grab my cigarettes. Keep in mind, while I was gambling before I got my smokes, no one had asked me if I needed a drink. Anyways, I came downstairs, asked for an ashtray and popped another 20 in the machine and tried blackjack for my first time. I lost immediately and stuck a 5 back in for Jacks or Better. By this time, Robin finally came around to ask what I wanted. I asked for a vodka sunrise. ( which she made SUPER subpar. I’ve never had a worse sunrise in my life). She sets it down, and says “17.50”. Me and my dad were like ? Don’t I get it free since we already put money in the machine? And she said no because I didn’t start with a 20, and immediately started walking off with the drink. I put another 20 in because I wanted my drink but she gave absolutely zero care about the fact that I had already had 45 dollars in the machine. She didn’t try to check ANYTHING to see how much had been put into that machine. I’m sure a quick look at the cameras can prove that she ripped me off and made me pay 60$ for a drink I could hardly finish because she made it so poorly. A sunrise is not hard to make at all. Before we left, we kept trying to explain to her what happened and she implied we were liars because the “light wasn’t on” and even had the audacity to tell us “if you’re gonna be sassy you can drink somewhere else.” I don’t think we were in the wrong for being a little frustrated and just wanting an explanation of why she made us stick more money in than I needed to. She couldn’t even be bothered to try and understand the situation because in her mind she was right and we were wrong. She avoided every single question we asked her and kept repeating “your light wasn’t on.” Absolutely terrible. What a waste. Save yourself some money and time by avoiding the heck out of Robin if you decide to lounge at the heart bar. And bless the other two gentleman who took great care of me and my dad the night before. Thom is wonderful.
Michael’s Gourmet Room has to be one of the premier restaurants in all of Las Vegas. Hidden in the South Pointe Casino you will find old school Las Vegas with the elegance, exceptional service and a variety of food that will satisfy anyone’s palette. Sitting in this beautiful restaurant looking at the beautiful stained glass skylight you just can’t imagine that outside those walls is a hectic casino. First of all the atmosphere is quiet and very pleasant for conversation as you wait in anticipation of what is to come. Our head waiter Frank and his crew were amazing. They knew what you wanted as soon as you mentioned it. Frank knows the menu and all deserts in detail so when you ask any questions he’s got the answers. The appetizers along with the wine at the beginning let’s you know that what’s to come will be phenomenal. My wife and I shared the French Onion Soup and it was served in two separate bowls that looked like a full regular order. They have a good variety of salads and once again we shared a salad and it came in two separate servings that looked like their normal serving. The Filet Mignon was huge and it just melted in your mouth. My wife just loved her Chicken dish. The deserts were very tasty. Cherries Jubilee and the Crème brulee were as good as they looked. Frank and his crew completed our evening with a complimentary fruit tray with apples and pears and also a cold chocolate dipped fruit tray. If you are looking for a very special experience make sure you make your reservations here at Michael’s you won’t be disappointed.
Great cozy and stylish place for a breakfast. The vibe is different (in a good way) and more calm and relaxing than 99% of Vegas breakfast spots. I had a delicious tuna in the poke bowl. We also ordered French toast - that one was a bit too sweet and dry to our tasting, but still delicious.
Railroad Pass Trailhead. Hreat parking lot. Easy trail access.
First time playing in the desert. Stallion Mountain Golf Club was excellent. Course conditions were great. Most importantly the staff was great. Our flight was delayed and fortunately the staff was able to push our tee times back. They even stored the luggage for a few of us that came direct from the airport. Food and beverage was great as well. Highly recommend in the Vegas area.
The company did an outstanding job! We were a small job compared to most of the work they do; however, they treated us with the same level of value and care. They worked side by side with us in landscaping design and kept us informed on every step of our project. We would highly recommend them to others.
Actually amazing! The first half of the burger did make me full, but the quality and the taste makes up for it. A 9 1/2 out of 10, mainly because we did have to send back a burger due to it not being cooked to the right temperature, but we still enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and entertaining, the burgers look like how they’re advertised, the wings were very tangy and delicious, and the milkshake was very sweet and enjoyable. I very much hope to return in the near future to enjoy more of this food. A truly amazing experience for anyone in Las Vegas.
Classy little spot inside the Bellagio. Stopped here on our way back to our room after gambling one night. Nice reprieve from the hustle of the casino.
One thing that Las Vegas isn’t short of is top notch steakhouses and while Barry’s certainly fits that bill and is worth a visit if you are in the DTLV area and craving steak, I’m not sure there’s a ton of things to differentiate it from other steakhouses on the strip. First of all service is amazing and exactly what you would expect from an old school style steakhouse. Decor is nice and retro feeling while being new - but the lighting does seem to be a bit too dark. The food is solid and cooked perfectly. I wouldn’t say anything we got was memorable but everything was very good. It’s very pricey but that’s to be expected!
