I was far too drunk to remember what I ate but I remember my waiter. I will say 10/10 service and he had the most beautiful smile. He literally made the evening perfect. Great service for my wedding anniversary. My apologies for not remembering his name, I was drunk. But that smile was unforgettable, it was like meeting an angel. He just glowed.

We chose Genting Palace for our celebratory dinner after being married in Vegas! It was even better than we had hoped. The food… was amazing. The kind of food that you think back to, and wish that you could make it appear in front of you! The dumplings and rice were my favorite things, but we had several types of those, so I can’t choose just one! And the dessert was so delicious! The decor was absolutely beautiful, the china was trimmed in gold, beautiful chopsticks, and golden utensils. Jeff truly went above and beyond to make us feel special on our wedding day, he was so kind and helpful, as were all of the servers. It was the perfect ending, to a perfect day!! Thank you for adding to our memories for our big day!!

This is my second time eating here. Both times the food was excellent. The Caesar salad as well as the Mediterranean salad were excellent. My girlfriend loves the club sandwich. Today our server was Daniela and she was phenomenal. Very pleasant and gave us an excellent dessert recommendation. The chocolate cookie crumble was very good and I’d highly recommend it although the portions are large so we couldn’t finish it even splitting between 3 of us!

First time dining at Tom’s Urban. Had walked by several times and it looked like a great place to sit on the large patio, enjoy a bite to eat and people watch. I like that the patio has options to sit back from the sidewalk yet still have a view so people passing by aren’t right next to you as you eat.
My husband had the lobster & shrimp Mac & cheese. He really liked it. I ordered the burger well done and tots with no garlic seasoning. Burger was served to me rare with seasoning on the tots. Had to wait quite awhile for my order to be made correctly. The burger is excellent and there are too many tots for one person!
When we received our check, we were charged for two burgers, we only had one. The server tried to cover up the error with the explanation that he had to order a new burger when my original order was done wrong and he “forgot” to remove the extra charge. It’s frustrating to have experience multiple issues for simple dinner. Happy we tried Tom’s Urban, however not in a hurry to go back.

I used the fitness room. Good section of equipment, but a lot of the machines were broken. you'll still get a good workout in.

LOVED THE SHOW!! Funny, magical, personal! I will say however, it was very disappointing to see so many audience members not give these hard working performers the applause they deserve! Live performances are a two way street! Thank you to Mr Burton and his entire family/crew!!
