This trip was simply amazing! Do it! A helicopter ride to Grand Canyon…so incredible!!! The views are outstanding! And landing in the Grand Canyon for champagne and a snack was the best! They picked us up at our hotel, brought us to Maverick, and after the ride was over, they brought us back to our hotel. Top notch. Our pilot was Josh. Such a good dude. He made the trip so much better with his knowledge of the area and experience flying helicopters! Also, all the other folks at Maverick that we had to interact with were friendly and helpful! My gf is afraid of heights, however, she agreed to go on this trip. She was so glad she did! She said the whole experience was better than she imagined.

I was happy with the location and proximity to everything we had planned to visit. The room seemed clean and I was content at first but throughout my stay I found a few things that really concerned me. We paid an extra $45 to check in early, an extra $20 a night to get the room that was available for us, it was okay for our small family. The bathroom drawers were missing hardware, the toilet cover was cracked. I found Pepsi can and dirty plastic cups under the bathroom sink and trash under the bed, the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly and my 2yo was finding cereal to pop in his mouth whenever we weren't looking. The curtains had a broken clip so the gap in between let the sun in right into my toddler's face in the early morning. The most concerning thing was that I found a some pills on the ground. I hate to think what could've happened if my son found those before I did!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with our stay here knowing they don't pay attention to detail and could've endangered my son's safety. The good things this hotel had to offer don't outweigh the bad for us.

Mixed Experience with Breathtaking Cocktails During our visit to the (Sort of) Rooftop Bar at Las Vegas Resort World, we had a mixed experience. The bar is easily accessible via its own elevator and boasts a fancy design. However, the initial interaction with the staff, aggressively informing us about the 2 drink minimum, wasn't the nicest. Especially as the drink prices are at the upper end of the scale - very expensive! As part of a larger group, we found that the servers didn't quite understand our needs, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it's important to note that all tables are reserved for guests who are willing to pay the table fee, even when the bar is not even half full, limiting seating options. But the views through the large windows are very impressive and for free when you walk slowly by. Nevertheless, the highlight of the experience was the cocktails. The bartender was incredibly skilled, had great communication, and the taste of the drinks was truly breathtaking. Personally, I had the Dark Knight, and it was an unforgettable experience. With some improvements in customer service, this bar could become a clear recommendation. However, the exceptional quality of the cocktails makes it worth overlooking some of the drawbacks.

I had the crispy skin salmon and my husband had the fish and chips. We shared the lobster mac n cheese. I was pretty disappointed in my salmon. The skin wasn't crispy at all. My husband's fish and fries were soaked in oil. I've gotten fish fried with better technique from Long John Silver's. The cheese from the Lobster Mac n cheese tasted like canned cheese and immediately my husband and I thought about the kitchen nightmare episode with the culinary gangster and his canned cheese with cheese wiz. The waiter was nice and efficient but whenever he helped the table beside us his butt was literally less than 6" from our food.

Egg white omelette were also good but lack alittle flavour but I suppose you can add some hot sauce ! A little on the expensive side but never the less you do pay for what you get at this restaurant! Pretty sure it was $55 for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast along with 18% tip….TIP!!!!! At this price it should be dinner ! If you like this honest review, please give me a thumbs up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

First time in Vegas and I was a bit lost lol, I was kinda just wandering aimlessly and found a good spot finally. If I could tbh I would hire her for sales because she’s very personable. I can’t imagine being as awake or tactful as she is at like literal midnight on any night. So thankful I ran into this spot, she definitely made the evening worth it. In case the nametag isn’t accurate she has short bleach blonde hair and a killer personality, thank you again!!

The name of the restaurant has changed to the Yacht House. We had sat at the bar we didn't want to wait for a table. We ordered six oysters on the half shell, the soft shell crab sandwich, and the poke appetizer. The oysters were delicious and fresh , the sandwich was excellent and the poke was a meal in itself. The service was average as the bartenders were busy with drinks we weren't the priority. The glass of beer ran $11. The silverware were just placed in a pile by you and they never cleared out plates. We had to hunt down the bartender to get our check. They never asked if we wanted more drinks or refill our water. Next time if we go I won't sit at the bar. But overall the food was great.

Extremely disappointing experience so far after day 1 of our two day stay. When we arrived, the lights in the room weren't working and we couldn't open the curtains because the tablets were not functioning. The room was not very clean, and the switches on the wall to request housekeeping were also not working and were hanging out of the wall. Housekeeping almost walked in on us around 9 AM and we had to shout that we had still been sleeping. The reason we were still sleeping is because the AC unit is extremely loud and disturbed our sleep all night. The shower and tub are very dated yellow with mildewy grout, and the hand soap and shampoo/conditioner were cheap and drying. The tile floors are stained and had something sticky on them. Very poor water pressure in the shower which made it hard to get product out of our hair, and inconsistent temperature. One of the shower robes had clearly been used by the previous tenant and was not washed when housecleaning set up our room (hanging inside out on the hanger). No bottles of water are provided unless you want to pay $25 for a small Fiji water. In the evening, we walked around for a while to try and find a small cocktail bar that was not smoky or part of the casino. There were no bars open, so we ended up at the sports bar in the casino after all. Two glasses of house red wine (Decoy, very cheap) came to $50. In the morning, we planned on ordering room service for breakfast, but the tablet was not working and we could not place an order. We tried calling for room service with the in-room phone, but there was just a dial tone and it was disconnected. We walked most of the promenade and casino trying to find a decent sit-down breakfast restaurant that was not closed, and finally found one where the wait was nearly an hour. When we eventually got our food, the egg on my avocado toast was still partly raw, and my husband's Dutch baby was runny and undercooked with a hard, completely unripe peach sliced on top. The green juice I ordered was very small for $9, and lukewarm. The pool was packed with no sunscreen provided and not enough shade, so we only stayed for about 15 minutes. When we went back to our room, we wanted to stop and get ice but the machine was not working. Will keep updating, but so far this has been an expensive and very disappointing hotel experience. Edit: We left our room around 10 AM, and the privacy light was NOT on (it wasn't working at the time anyway). We returned to our room at 11:00 PM and room service had never come to tidy up or replace towels. That is crazy to me in a fairly expensive hotel.

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. This hotel captures everything that a 5 star resort should, including all the fine details. It seems like it was recently renovated because the our entire floor smelled and looked brand new. We opted for a non-smoking room tower room, which provided an awesome view of the pools and courtyards. Highly recommend staying here.

Andrea at Gustav's yelled at my 11 year old daughter as she was passing through the walkway of the casino to head to the cabs. I went to the front desk at the Paris hotel and asked about their policies. They stated the walk ways are common areas and my child was with an adult. We have stayed at the Paris for 4 days now and nobody has said a word including security. Please train your servers to be nice! Please train your staff not to yell at an 11 year old and scare her along with her grandma. We will not be back to Paris again!

We had drinks here a couple times while staying at the Westgate. The first time was great; the sweet Asian lady was attentive & friendly. The second time, we were stunned at how rude the bar tender was (I think his name was Art? Older guy with an accent). Not only was he unfriendly to us, he was very disrespectful to the staff around him. Plus the drinks he made were watery and gross.
