Very relaxing. A perfect place to have a relaxing day. We enjoyed their ice room and steam room very much. There's refreshments available by the lounge. Less stars for the lady in the front. She wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. And also for the price, I think it's pricey for what you get. I'd still recommend it for maybe like for a special gift or occasion.
This bar is badass! Go inside and freeze while you warm up your belly with all those good drinks! Glad we stumbled upon this place while walking around.
We liked this restaurant very much. The food is excellent, especially the lobsters and the dumplings with Iberian pork. The atmosphere is very beautiful, and the restaurant is conveniently located at the Palazzo (Venetian). The service is polite and competent, but we did not appreciate that they brought all the dishes together (even if we asked). At the end, in fact, the lobster and the rice were cold. The wine list is very limited, and they were also out of one of the wines that we wanted to drink.
One of the best steakhouse in town! We had the lobster bisque, pickled deviled eggs which was amazing, potatoes au gratin, creamed spinach and delicious 40 oz Tomahawk! For desert we had the chocolate bomb- melted into a ball of sweet treat! Everything was perfect, from the service, ambience and food!
What a great show. He is the very best at his craft. No stooges and pure skill. He interacts with his crowd and hangs out afterwards to meet his fans. One of the best shows in Vegas.
I don’t care how much the drink was. I’m happy to pay for my drinks. But when I ask for a vodka lemon aid. And you give me a vodka sprite. Your my friend are a bad bartender. Need to learn what the difference is. Sprite is 10x the sugar. Who ever was working 745pm on Monday May 1st. Shout out to you ace. And then argue with me. Ha
We love coming to this TGIFridays. It’s not as busy as other locations yet the servers are GREAT every time! A little slower paced than the strip yet always a wonderful date night! Tiffany was our server today and was WONDERFUL! Drinks quickly refilled, food came out timely, nice conversation, signed up for the new Fridays Rewards program, all was fantastic! Thank you for hiring Tiffany! We’ll be back again soon!
We got the Italian sausage pizza and the jumbo crab cakes. Both of them were excellent! I've had crab cakes all over this country, Maryland, Washington DC, etc., but these were the best crab cakes I've ever had in my entire life. And the pizza, oh my gosh! Everything about it was perfect. The crust was amazing. The Italian sausage tasted like it came from Italy! The peppers and spinach were perfect. This was probably the best pizza I've had in many years. And, I eat a lot of pizza! LOL The service was perfect, the servers were very friendly and helpful. This meal started out a fantastic evening at the MGM. Thank you so much for yet another great meal at this fine establishment!
Definitely will not be returning. After being sat in the farthest back corner we waited for almost forty minutes before my boyfriend had to physically get up and remind them we were even here. After receiving our food almost an hour after being seated we proceeded to sit for another thirty minutes and not once were even checked on to make sure everything was okay let alone the fact he had to get up AGAIN to go and tell them we wanted to pay our bill. One of the mostly unprofessional SERVICE experiences we've encountered
My wife and I enjoyed this show . It was very entertaining and fun . Gerry does a great job of getting the audience involved. As well as what I found interesting is the insight and wisdom Gerry shares on the skills he has mastered to be the mentalist . Like the power of suggestion, observation, and intuition, and that we too can develop these skills. We purchased his book at the end of his show, and so far, I have enjoyed the read. I believe God has given Gerry this vehicle to share his message of healing , inspiration , and soul connection. Well done Gerry
I recently stayed at the Virgin Las Vegas Hotel and I must say that my experience has been far from satisfactory. While the hotel itself had some appealing features, I am deeply disappointed with their customer service, particularly in regards to their handling of the deposit refund. Upon check-in, the hotel placed a $100 deposit on my card, which is a common practice. I was assured by the front desk staff that this deposit would be refunded within 24 hours of checkout. However, it has now been three weeks since I checked out and I have yet to receive my deposit refund. I have made several attempts to contact the hotel's customer service through phone calls and emails, but to my dismay, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, as I had trusted the hotel's promise of a quick and timely refund. Not only have they failed to honor their commitment, but their negligence in addressing my concerns has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a guest. It's disheartening to see such a renowned establishment like the Virgin Las Vegas Hotel fall short in delivering on their promises and maintaining a high level of customer service. The unresolved deposit refund issue has cast a shadow over what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. I believe that a hotel's reputation is not solely built on its physical amenities, but also on its ability to address and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Virgin Las Vegas Hotel based on my experience with their poor customer service and failure to fulfill their commitment regarding the deposit refund. I hope that my feedback serves as a reminder for the hotel management to prioritize guest satisfaction and timely communication in order to avoid similar situations in the future.
A hotel with a great history..but a little tired in places. Restaurants on site varied and largely good. Pools are quite small with limited opening...I would have liked a pool to swim in. No tourist information. Not too pricey. Located on the Fremont Experience.
Always excellent for breakfast or lunch, tableau is a very beautiful, well run and excellent restaurant. The restaurant itself is really nice, with a main dining room, a circular room behind that which I think they call the observatory and then some outdoor tables. It is small, but exquisite. The food is delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the service is extremely kind caring and professional. All in all just a really wonderful experience particularly for staying at the Tower Suites.
I have seen Opium 5 times now, it’s my favorite show in Vegas to take my friends to! Every time I see the show, it’s different. Some of my favorite acts I always see in the show include the cyr wheel “Saturn and his Ring” which is crazy to see this guy spinning so fast on such a tiny stage… he is so cool!!! He was my friends’ favorite act as well. I have even met the performer: Nick. The Bubbles act is the best kind of that act that I have ever seen… it is like Mr. Rogers meets Willy Wonka and Bill Nye the Science guy, and then boom: bubbles. Another one of my favorites is the straight jacket escape to “No One” by Alicia Keys. I haven’t seen that act in a while, but it’s definitely an act that I keep coming back for! They have a new Limbo act that is way too much fun, and another act (that I’m not sure how to identify) which is a percussion/body percussion/beatboxing trio. Characters I wish I saw more of lately are: Skip, Captain Kunton, and whatever the robot guy’s name was. I also adore the VIP couple (a hilariously disgusting act with bananas), and Venus the screeching plate spinner. If you’re thinking of seeing Opium, GO!!!!!!!
Bartender was attentive and on top of his tasks. Dinner seating is at 5PM, which is not listed on the website or menu. Overall, decent food. Our fried chicken sandwich was very nice, but a little overdone. The parmesean and truffle fries were average. The service was fantastic.
