The manager of the Forum Food Court, Cedrick (I believe), has been astoundingly unprofessional and hateful during our trip. He shooed a guest in our party away and treated her with the utmost disrespect. A statement regarding his behavior will be written. It has affected our overall experience at Cesars and I doubt we will come back. Very disappointed in his customer service. Furthermore, several guest services representatives (not necessarily all) have been incredibly unreliable and insensitive and made us jump through hoops on multiple occasions. There is a glaring communication issue between departments that has made our stay very stressful. Thankfully, the security shift manager, Rebecca, and her staff handled the situation with grace and kindness.
We were here on Sept 1 for dinner and had an amazing dinner. So sad to hear the place is closed for good now. The non alcoholic drinks were good. The appetizer- Frito misto was very good and perfectly fried - Zucchini, Shrimp, Calamari. In the main we ordered Linguine alle Vongole which was delicious and Sea bass which was good. The cheesecake was amazing to end with. We got a very attentive server. The ambiance is also very posh.
It's not a very large exhibit. You do get to see some set pieces, but you can walk through the whole set in about 10 minutes. Was not busy during our visit. The highlight was the bow and arrow shooting experience. I would imagine even huge fans of the franchise wouldn't feel the entry fee of $40 + per person is worth it. You do need to complete a waiver that wants your home address and name, which felt more like a marketing tool.
Lots of transfer time and waiting time for very little tour time. Getting to the terminal on your own should be offered, as their transfer is really not enjoyable (old bus and it takes almost 2hours to pick-up from other hotels and same on the way back)! Ground staff not very « smiling » neither communicative about the delay of our plane but they were not our goal, so not so much of a problem. Awesome pilot though, and of course the trip itself is great due to the sights! Not so much overpriced either so I would say the transfer is just the big problem they need to fix besides that, it is totally worth it 👍
5 stars for the service Because they were all so nice.the price was decent for a crepe because they tend to be expensive, but these were priced well. But the crepe itself was underwhelming. The ham and cheese crepe isn't really worth it. The sauce wasn't that great. If you come here, definitely get a sweet crepe because they looked really good..
Wonderful place tucked away for big portions and good food for around $100 per person. Main meat courses are a la carte but side dishes are big enough to share. Bread was ok.. Onion soup was delicious. Oysters were fresh. Asparagus could have used some seasoning. Ribeye was cooked medium rare to our taste. Prime rib was off menu but a special and definitely worth it! Prime rib is definitely enough for two to share as well.
There are nice paved paths with some benches along the way. Definitely a nice walk in the colder months. Would be nice if there was more shelter to get out of the sun in the hotter months. We saw a lot of different birds including hawks and quail. 2 nice sized ponds with a calming stream.
Outstanding! Parents bring your kids. We traveled out here from south Florida. We had our two boys 15 and 12 with us. Hubby wanted an off road experience and we were not disappointed. From start to finish we had a smooth experience. Check in was fairly quick and easy. Our guide Brandon was excellent. He consistently checked in on the group to make sure everyone was having a good time. We had so much fun. Couple of notes parents considering this tour: buy the face buffs or bring your own. It gets really dusty at some points of the trip. Maybe consider seabands or dramamine. Our 12 yr old who usually doesn't get motion sickness got hit hard the last 30 min of the ride. There were a lot of switch backs and sharp turns and coupled with the heat it caught him off guard. He limped off at the end but said it was best tour he had ever been on.
I recently stayed at the Virgin Hotel, formerly the iconic Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Situated just off the Strip, this revamped gem boasts a chic blend of modern and vintage decor. The spacious rooms, especially the Ruby Grand Corner Chamber King, offer luxury and comfort with stunning views. Dining is a treat with options like the Kitchen at Commons Club and the upscale ONE Steakhouse. While the pool was closed during my winter visit, the lush surroundings promise a relaxing oasis. Other highlights include the Mohegan Sun Casino, a 4,500-seat theater, and a luxurious spa. The service, ambiance, and accommodations make the Virgin Hotel a must-stay in Vegas. Highly recommend for a unique Vegas experience! 🎲🌟🍸
So disappointing. They had zero amenities while I was there, without any warning. Also, I was the only one there. Bed was cold, no scented oils. Massage oil was ICY. Felt so unspa like. I did try to find an affordable massage but this was still not cheap at $140.
I thought it would have been better. The walk through the facility to get to the actual spa was outrageous. The spaces in the spa are nice, some quite some filled with chatter of other guests. I found the noise to be quite rude in a way. Looking for relaxation and I know what why Taylor left her husband 😒. There needs to be a bigger pool area for the spa. The rooms filled quickly and it just wasn’t spacious enough. The wave room was good for about 10 minutes after that it was pointless. That room stayed empty. My massage was nice, the snacks are blah, nothing to rave about. There was a lack of inclusiveness or at least just for me. There were (i saw) no other people of color in the facility (other than some employees). I felt people staring at me on multiple occasions. The hair care products are not for people of color. The grill (food option) on the outside of the spa is convenient but not worth the money. Salad was bland and small.
The evening was very relaxed. Our server was attentive but respectful. He waited for our conversations to be done before coming to the table. He was great! The food came out and were hot in temperature, like it should be. I got the sea bass and would recommend it to even non seafood eaters. It was incredible, flaky and delicious.
Honestly speaking, the food is meh… The table given to me and my husband is too small for all our food. The server combined the table for the guests next to us (party of 2) which come later than us and don’t bother to do anything while the table next to us is empty. Told the server, no respond to it. Good things, no one break anything even the busboy and us keep knocking the plates to ensure nothing drop..🤣 Ordered French onion soup and it’s way too salty. Sent it back to kitchen after few sips, not even getting any respond from the restaurant. The escargot is good, you may skip the pate and the French onion soup. Chicken is okay. Cocktails are fine. It’s just an average overall. An average restaurant with training needed more. The server later came explained the bus boy shouldn’t just took the soup and doing anything. Later the manager (I guess) came to explained French onion is naturally to be salty and apologized the bus boy shouldn’t take away the soup and not even acknowledge it. They written off the escargot, pâté and the French onion soup from the bill. That’s what the 2 stars for. It’s for my husband birthday and our honeymoon. We didn’t even wait for the dessert and called for check. Pretty regret walking into this restaurant for special event. Definitely could be better… way better!
