My experience at Voie Spa & Salon in Las Vegas was disappointing. I booked hair and makeup services for a special occasion, but the results were not what I had hoped for. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to be proactive in communicating my preferences to the stylist instead of being asked about them. Despite asking for tight curls, the stylist used a larger curling iron and my hair quickly lost its curl. The makeup did not match my outfit as requested, and the requested cat eye look was not achieved. My daughter also experienced her hair uncurling within a short amount of time. I paid a significant amount for these services, over $400 in total, but they did not last as long as expected. The eyelashes I paid for ended up irritating my eyes and one fell off during the evening. Additionally, a mandatory tip was added to the bill regardless of the service quality. Overall, I do not recommend getting hair and makeup services at Voie Spa & Salon. The price did not match the quality of the services provided, and the results did not meet my expectations for a special occasion.

My experience at Voie Spa & Salon in Las Vegas was truly relaxing. I booked their seasonal massage and was able to access the spa facilities for the rest of the day. The entire process was seamless, and I was able to see a masseuse the same day. Sergio, my masseuse, was fantastic and found every knot and ache in my body from all the walking and biking I had done in the previous days. Kristen, the spa concierge, was kind and helpful, and the facilities were kept pristine. The aromatherapy showers were a highlight, and I felt incredibly relaxed after my visit. Don't underestimate this spa just because there are newer options in town - it's definitely worth a visit. My husband even noticed how relaxed I looked when I returned to the room.

The hospitality was top-notch, with all staff members being professional, polite, and committed to ensuring customers have a great experience. The spa itself was immaculately clean and had a comfortable seating area for waiting before appointments. The area was well-lit and cozy, with ottomans for leg elevation, folded blankets, and books for added comfort. Refreshments like water, tea, and coffee were also available. Although I didn't have the chance to try the jacuzzi area, it looked inviting and well-maintained. The showers were thoughtfully sectioned with different scents like lavender and eucalyptus. During my facial treatment, which lasted about an hour, the esthetician was calming and gentle, ensuring my comfort throughout the session. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience at Voie Spa & Salon. My only regret is not being able to enjoy the sauna before my facial – I would have loved to spend more time there!

Seriously, not once did I ever see a towel out of place, a used blanket, or anything that looked like the facility was occupied by others despite the fact that there were other women there. I’m honestly not sure how she did it all! The aromatherapy showers were heavenly. Don’t overlook this gem just because there are newer and fancier spas on the trip. An absolute highlight of my Vegas trip- my husband came back to the room later and immediately commented on how relaxed I looked!

What an amazing experience from check-in to the end of service. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and considerate. The spa hostess was superb! She really catered to the clients. It was also so very relaxing that I even fell asleep waiting in the zen area. I NEVER do that! My therapist (Angel) was outstanding! He really listened to me and customized my experience. I've been to high-end spas all over the world, and this is one of the best ones...top 3 for sure!

Wanted to check this spa out since I was staying at the Paris for my trip to Vegas. The girl at the front desk and the other guy who showed me around were great! However, the spa itself was disappointing. Jacuzzi area is old and outdated for the most part, and one of the rooms looks unfinished.... So this might be why I was one of only two people there. When I was showering afterwards, there was mold on the walls. Overall, considering how nice the rest of the hotel is, I expected a lot more.
