Went here for breakfast, my husbands request. It was bad from the moment we walked up. The host was not friendly at all and a bit rude when asking questions. The server was not great. The food was okay. I ordered a Turkey club and was not told that it had tomato or onion on it. It was not listed on the menu like all the other ingredients were. My husband got chicken and waffles and he said it was good. When we got the bill they was an up charge for the chicken that we didn’t even know was an up charge. The server did not explain that. They also don’t do anything for birthdays which I thought was odd. When we paid it took all the money out of the account as a pending charge.S o be careful about that. When we talked to the manager about being upset all she said was she would talk to the server. As a restaurant server I always offer a refund if someone isn’t happy. We will not be returning. Go somewhere else. Was not worth the money!
Excellent museum! A ton of really exciting history of Nevada and the Las Vegas area. It’s a must see - You’re going to love this place!!
Nice and clean, someone is always cleaning after people making mass. Almost all restaurants are a little overpriced specially Starbucks… Other than that everything else is great can’t really complain.
Can't add a rating for the rooms because my wife and I didn't stay at this hotel. We visited the casino and explored the hotel as much as we could. Everyone that works there was polite and pleasant to us. We went to see the volcano show. It was awesome! If you get a chance to stay there or visit, do it now..hotel was sold and it is being turned into something else. 😔 it's an original on the strip and considered a classic by many
I enjoyed the music. Whitney's voice will always be one of the best. With that been said, the show should use a little more color. The dancers were good but I completely hated the outfit, black leggins and a black t-shirt! Really? I think they could do better to brightened up a little. They concentrated in 2 or 3 of her concerts, maybe picking from all eras of her career would have been more excited. Oh well, that's just my opinion
You have to experience a sunrise or sunset here to truly understand why they call it VALLEY OF FIRE. I’ve traveled the world, and can say with certainty- it’s one of the most beautiful desert experiences out there. That being said IT’S HOT- especially during the summer. As always, it’s important to remember to pack, dress and hydrate appropriately to ensure a great experience. Wearing shoes with thicker padding will help you traverse the shifting sand ground that lines the valley. Driving the loop is an experience in itself- but true happiness comes from taking a few moments to explore what’s behind some of the massive rock formations. Don’t leave without driving the scenic route around and beyond the visitor center. A mile or two up a steep incline drive, you’ll be welcomed by one of the most expansive and mesmerizing desert scenes that the west has to offer. If you’re a nature lover- bring a small pair of binoculars with you. Wildlife is abundant, and you’re guaranteed to see something interesting if you take a moment to search for it. Cheers, and Safe travels!! (Don’t forget to follow for more travel, dining and cultural immersion suggestions and reviews)✌🏽
I received the 80-minute hydra facial and my esthetician was absolutely amazing! She wasn’t rushing through the service and I left with glowing skin which is what I wanted! As for the spa itself, there were a few cons that led me to only giving 3 stars. 1. The parking: There’s limited parking right outside the actual spa. There are signs that say “Spa/salon guests only” but I definitely saw employees who parked there and walked in. The self parking garage is a little ways down the road so definitely an inconvenience. 2. The women’s hot tub: The jets were broken (as someone previously mentioned) and it was extremely dirty. I saw hair floating in there and the bench in the water had dirt everywhere. 3. The women’s steam room: This amenity smelled musty and water was dripping from the ceiling. The two combined made the experience unpleasant. Most steam rooms have a button on the outside that starts the steaming which then is ventilated to prevent what I experienced. 4. Customer service: I left my watch at the spa (which shouldn’t have brought any valuables with me in the first place to prevent this), but I followed up with the spa the next day when I noticed I left it and the customer service wasn’t great. I was transferred on the phone multiple times between the spa and security. The spa finally decided to leave a note for their dry cleaning service. I was supposed to receive a follow-up and nothing. I finally called to follow-up and they acted like they knew nothing about it. Overall, I personally wouldn’t recommend this spa nor would I purchase a service here again. Although the service itself was amazing, the steep price wasn’t worth it with the amenities not being kept up.
Areaa15 was pretty cool. The art, not to mention the zip line, was my favorite .If you go to area 15, you should ride the zip line and pass back on the speed handle to enjoy the speed. If you don't press back on the handle, I'll be a slow ride
Cute spot for breakfast, we did the butterfly brunch and it was a fun atmosphere just super hot the day we went and sat outside. Food was good and drinks were good. A little pricey for what we got but expected in Vegas.
Pleasantly surprised by food and service. We were first customers of the day so it wasn't busy. Vegetarian taco bowl was super fresh and tasty. Good guacamole, good fries and server was very attentive and friendly.
This was the first time we ever witnessed a magic show. We bought tickets a couple of hours before the show and were able to find good seats, but we recommend buying tickets for the first three rows of the show, not to give too much away ;) I would say thee aren't any bad seats in terms of viewing the show, as long as you have decent vision. Another surprising thing about the seats is that you are likely to be seated with people that you don't know if it's just the two of you as it was for us. Luckily for us, we ended up having a great conversation with the older couple we were seated with. We also recommend ordering a drink before the show as there are no waiters coming to your seat or through the aisles during the performance. Also, do not expect to use your phone during the show. You will have access to it but you will see throughout the night staff walking the aisles to ensure you are not taking any photos or videos of the performance. Very enjoyable experience for us.
Grabbed cocktails here once we checked into Caesar’s. The decor and ambiance is very nice and feels intimate even though the casino is right outside. The drinks were very floral and a little too much for us. Wouldn’t recommend either gin specialty cocktail on the menu. Might just try a regular cocktail next time!
Hideaway is definitely fitting as the entrance of this gem is quite unassuming. While we waited in line for the buffet down the hall, we decided to find somewhere else that was quicker and we were not disappointed! We came here for the all you can eat brunch and the style here is passed butler service. You’ll get your own “butler” and get to try each of the items on the menu. They’ll walk around with the food and you can decide to take a plate or pass. The service here was top notch and were attentive to what we wanted or haven’t tried yet. We each had our own preferences on food but overall each dish was delicious and filling. My favorite would have to be the ham and egg sandwich and the wings
Nicest spot for a night out with friends highly recommend.
I’m from NY 🙌🏾 where they say people are rude; I guess they never went to this place! I don’t care to remember the waitress's name, but she was RUDE. She seemed unhappy at work, which is not our fault. She just killed our entire vibe with her fresh mouth! I was very proud of myself that I didn’t return what she gave out. I watched the other wait staff, and they were all so pleasant, but not ours! The hostess was AMAZZZZZZING, so attentive and friendly! The food was ok, so I definitely won’t be back!
20 bucks for a tall draft . Same beer much cheaper, pretty much anywhere else on the strip . If you're going to sit at the bar and play slots better off walking 100ft ahead into the casino and get blue moon for free
Loved it here. The rooms are a bit old and the bathroom needs a bit of renos, but it's a bit of a vibe. For the price especially, no complaints. Ask for a room at the back to avoid street noise. The location is great the service is kind and efficient. Much better than the strip imho.
This is a very clean nice restaurant but I was the only person in the entire place during lunch time for some reason? Then I noticed the prices for food or drinks and realized why. The bartender was friendly but completely disappeared after making my margarita. The margarita was good but nothing special. They do have a large tequila list if that's your thing.
