LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant. We come every time we are in town and enjoy it more each time. Fresh bread and butter to start is always a delight. We shared a Cesar salad, and my husband enjoyed chicken fettuccine Alfredo (his favorite) while I devoured a calamari appetizer (my favorite). I forgot that bread, salad, and all those yummy calamari leggies fill me up, so I ordered the balsamic chicken pizza. Delicious. My boys finished off the pizza, and my husband enjoyed his pasta for breakfast. Highly recommended!
Loved the Mermaids!! The aquarium was beautiful! Food was good, service was ok. Would go back!!
We came to the Redwood steakhouse specifically for the prime rib, which was excellent as reviewed! The prime rib portion was the largest I've ever had, and it was perfectly cooked (medium for us!) Unfortunately, after the Sweet Maui onion soup and the gratis garlic bread, I could barely dent my Prime Rib (though I did manage to eat enough to know it's amazing!) My wife had the Miso Sea Bass which she also loved! We added the mashed potatoes and finished the meal off with shared Creme Brulee! Overall an excellent meal! The meal was made all the better by the friendly staff, especially Yul who was our server. He gave us a really great snapshot of the history of the California Hotel and Casino and it's historical ties the the Hawaiian islands!
An Exceptional Dining Experience! This restaurant boasts exquisite interior design with a touch of elegance, conveniently situated adjacent to the Belgaio Hotel's park. The culinary offerings here are truly outstanding! I highly recommend trying the Greek salad and the dish with the perfectly crispy egg – they're absolute must-tries. But the prices are bit highly.
Very well kept and beautiful course to play some good target golf. Better hot that ball straight else. Serving of good breakfast to start, clubs ready and was really just a nice place to okay. Surrounded by very upscale homes that are around it. The drinks cart would have been nice to come out sooner than after 11am when the temps are so high out here. All in all it was still really a great day for 12 of us to get together and play 18 holes then relax with a nice lunch.
We've been coming here for a couple decades. Love downtown. The Grand has always had a laid back euro, near boutique, feel. But things are slipping maintenance wise. Room dark, furniture worn. Then only one elevator was available for 2 days. Service was fine. Casino still offering low limit choices. But the edge is off. You can feel it around the pool. A wait staffer. No one asked if we wanted drinks. Towels thread bare. I still recommend The Grand. But I will try The D next visit.
Food was delicious! So flavorful! Drinks were strong and happy hour made it even happier! 😍
Preferred this venue over House of Blues & Brooklyn Bowl, needs to be better managed !
Just wanted to give a shout out to Carolyn the server who gave us excellent service and suggestions on the menu and went over the menu with such delicious descriptions. We shared the Texas scramble which was delicious the seasoning on the pork and the creams had a nice kick but not to spicy. Thanks again Carolyn for your wonderful service and menu suggestions, ask for Carolyn if you want excellent service and a beautiful smile. See ya next time we’re in Vegas.
Banachek is amazing. The show relies heavily on audience participation so if you don't want to go up on stage maybe avoid it. Other than that it is a great experience and definitely worth going.
Absolutely terrible experience. It’s not a spa at all. They literally just walk back to a massage room that’s outdated. On top of that I had a lady who barely spoke English and when I asked her to not be rough she keep being rough. The bed didn’t warm up. I think a roadside massage parlor would have been better. This is definitely not a spa.
The skewers and sake are amazing! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Can't wait to go back.
