The Spa at Suncoast

I have been a loyal customer of The Spa at Suncoast for years now and have consistently received top-notch service from Elvira and her staff. Heather is my go-to for pedicures, haircuts, and make-up, while Galina always leaves me feeling refreshed with her facials, mani-pedis, and expert hair coloring. The staff, including Bernard, is always friendly and welcoming, making me and my family feel right at home during our visits. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampering experience.

The service at The Spa at Suncoast is top-notch, especially if you book a massage with Elvira. However, there seems to be some issues with the administration. After receiving services, I was informed that there had been a price increase, contradicting the information given in the pamphlet at the reception desk. Additionally, I was unable to charge the services to my room, which was frustrating. The attendant even requested to hold my phone while I retrieved my card from my room, which seemed unprofessional and potentially illegal.

I have known Elvira and her staff since 2017. Heather did my pedicure, hair, and make-up. Galina is such a sweetheart! She does an amazing facial, mani-pedi, and cut and colored my hair. I live in Henderson, and it is worth my drive to Suncoast to see Elvira and her wonderful staff. Bernard is always very kind to me and to my family. Elvira always makes me and my family feel welcome at her spa. I recommend this spa to EVERYONE!

I cannot recommend Elvira Milan strongly enough. She gave me the absolute best massage of my life. She is a highly skilled and trained masseuse. The big bonus is that she’s also a healer. I have never experienced a massage that not only left my body feeling better, but also my heart and mind. Trust me when I say, that she is the best kept secret in Vegas. The spa itself isn’t fancy. But it’s clean and private. I can’t wait to come back. Once you see Elvira, you’ll never look for another massage therapist. Trust me!

The service is good, especially if you get a massage with Elvira. However, the admin isn't great. I was told after getting the services that the prices had increased (and the panflet handed to by the reception desk was incorrect) and that I couldn't charge the room. The attendant even requested to hold my phone while I went back to the room to grab my card, which is not only diselegant but illegal.
