The hotel is descent in a good location right across from the best part of Fremont Street. The hotel check-in process was long and slow. The elevators are a little wonky and old. The rooms have been recently renovated, so they're very nice, though the bathroom layout is kind of weird and small. The gym is mediocre at best and lacks some necessary equipment. The pool area's huge. However, the pool is really small. The hotel has some okay restaurants. And the standouts are hash house and, of course, Oscar's, which is great in every way. The new player sign up bonus is pretty weak and not very good. The slot play is decent, and they have a good amount of old and newer games. Tip: If you want to be on the quiet side and not have to deal with the late night noise from fremont, ask for a room on the side away from Fremont Street.
Fabulous show tonight! Loved seeing the extremely talented, polished, and comedy genius of Jay Johnson. We had the best of time watching Jay Johnson perform tonight, at Delirious Comedy club! Jay's genuine love for the art of Ventriloquism and bringing laughter to audiences is strikingly unique in the wisdom he transcends. Delirious Comedy clubs intimate setting inside the Downtow Grand offers comfortable well maintained seating, drinks, and top caliber of comedians!
Venue and food were awesome. Ho,wever, service was not. It took a long time to get food served. Once we did, one of our group members did not and it took even longer for her to finally get it. They did make up for it right away by not charging for her meal, which we did not ask for it was their decision, and server brought us complimentary dessert which was great on his part but this should not happen for the price we paid. I would still give them another chance and go back someday again. The views and food are worth it.
We have a lunch with friends here. Nice place, food was good (except my pesto pasta, it hasn’t any taste) and the water was friendly BUT everything was toooo slow! there were 5 tables in a big restaurant and we waited too long to have a starter than a lot of time to get a main course. Maybe for dinner it’s ok, but for lunch you have limited time
David the waiter was very kind. When I mentioned no cheese he asked if I needed to avoid all dairy. Which was a nice touch to not have to worry about it while trying a new restaurant. He also remembered when we came back two days later. The food was delicious! The chicken was tender and the sauces had amazing flavor.
Best hotel, location, and size for Las Vegas. We stay there as often as we can when we go down once a year. I recommend this place because they have one of the best restaurants and the vibe is amazing! I’ll see you soon New York New York.
This is our local go to cinema, and we come here often because of the comfy seats and easy parking at the casino. It’s nice that they serve snacks at your seat but sometimes they forget to come in and we get missed and it’s kinda hard to get food if they miss you. It’s also very cold, I’m sure they keep the A/C at 65, so I always take a sweater when we go, but overall really enjoy watching movies here cause it’s fairly quiet and we can always get great seats.
I really like this dining option in the hotel since the food is decent but it’s nice and casual where you can follow the sport on the many screens and relax with friends. The major problem is the service though, which while friendly is just ridiculously slow. Drinks take an unacceptable amount of time to arrive to the point of putting you off ordering more, and on occasions getting the attention of the waiter wasn’t easy either. The menu has a good range of options and the prices reasonable for the location. The burger was a good size and really tasty, with the crinkle fries being super delicious! Overall a decent spot if you can put up with the excessive wait times for drinks.
Top notch food, service and ambiance. Mark and Mario take hospitality to the next level. They make you feel welcomed and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You guys are amazing and can’t wait for my next visit. - Nicole
Roast Duck crispy skin is the best. Above many places’ Peking duck. We stayed at Rio several times because of the convenience we can go for our favorite dishes and dim sum day and night😂
Fun little cafe. We tried the delicious pastries, coffee and ice cream from the stand outside. All Yum!! The space is small but you get a break from the casino floor with a jolt of caffeine.
Definitely don't waste your time getting fish and chips here. It's absolutely boring. You will receive the same thing if you go to Dennys. The atmosphere is cool! Burgers look amazing
Welcoming place to eat. Ordered Cypress Cobb &26.99, I said to myself that’s expensive for a salad. When I got it, it’s a lot for one person. Well priced. Before I could half way thru the first tea, the second arrived. Excellent service at this location.
Jairon and Mauro were awesome and so professional. They made me and my partner feel extremely safe and at ease. Sally and Carlos at the front desk were amazing, willing to answer all of our little questions. Staff was so friendly and professional, I highly recommend this place. I want to come back asap! Only 20 minutes outside of Vegas, and the shuttle was very convenient!
Nice experience wish could do lil more on lake(you can only drive down middle lake and can't visit coves or docks) and boat very slow. Overall very fun bring drinks, food, booze, music, etc. Also they were great and helped me get a way cheaper price
