Strat Cafe

Strat Cafe in Las Vegas was quite underwhelming. We ordered the veggie and cheese omelettes, but they lacked flavor and seemed like they were cooked in old oil. Sadly, the potatoes didn’t fare any better. Moreover, the service was lacking; our server didn't show much kindness or attention until it was tip time. I wouldn't recommend dining here.

However, after a long wait, the dishes we received appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp. The egg was clearly not fresh, as evidenced by the yolk in the photos. To provide a sense of the delay, the other table received their food and check before we were served. Ultimately, the meal was left uneaten and unsatisfactory. The waitress, though, was very kind and not at fault.

Strat Cafe in Las Vegas is a fantastic spot for breakfast, though grabbing lunch can be tricky as they close midday before reopening in the evening. The breakfast burrito, French toast, and eggs Benedict are all outstanding. Highly recommend!

The service at Strat Cafe in Las Vegas is exceptional, and the food is incredible. We dined there four times during our visit, and each meal was consistently delicious. Although there were some minor errors with our orders, it was clear that there was good communication between the server and kitchen staff as these issues were promptly resolved.

During our recent visit to Strat Cafe in Las Vegas, we experienced a mix-up with our food order. The restaurant accidentally gave our food to another table, resulting in a lengthy wait for what seemed like lukewarm dishes. The eggs were not fresh and lacked the desired quality. Despite the delay and disappointment with the meal, our waitress was friendly and accommodating throughout the ordeal. We chose not to eat the food and left the restaurant unsatisfied with our experience.

Strat Cafe is a fantastic spot to grab a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, they do close for a few hours in the middle of the day, so it may be difficult to catch them for lunch. However, their breakfast options are top-notch. I tried the breakfast burrito, French toast, and eggs Benedict, and they were all amazing! Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast at Strat Cafe.
