We stayed there for thankful only 1 night. The room had a scent of standing water and perhaps mold. As we spent little time in the room except to sleep, we did not raise it with the staff until checkout. The staff noted the issue upon checkout but did not appear to be concerned, genuinely sympathetic or surprised by our report. The attendant made a note on a piece of paper and that was that. Very glad we moved to the Venetian for the balance of the stay, a completely different and better experience.
Good location in the Resorts World complex. The beet salad was good, but the spicy salami pizza was especially good! The only negative here would be that they brought out both dishes at the same time (salad was an appetizer). The pizza was allowed to get cold whilst we ate the salad, as we shared both dishes. Patio seating in the mall area was good for people watching too! Extensive wine listing, however the first Spanish wine we ordered was out of stock and so we had to make an alternate choice.
We stayed 2 nights at the Strat Hotel a few years back. There is an observation deck on the 108 floor and the crazy rides. We did them all but never except the virtual wired run down the building. They get the heart racing. I don’t think I could do them again. Frightening. We enjoyed our time here.
Nice rooms and atmosphere. A lot to do there. Gaming seems to be better than most. I had a lot more play on my money. Very friendly staff.
Been staying at rio for a while, and finally visited this Korean BBQ! From when we walked in, to the service and of course the food. Everything was perfect. The waiter (Becky) was super friendly and attentive. Flipped our meat to perfection and was very kind and smooth talking. She definitely added such a positive feel to our night and to our dinner. Will now make this place a must go to, every time we will stay at rio. Thank you for the experience!
My wife said the masseuse Elvira gave her the best massage she has ever had, better than any of the big hotels on the Strip.
I had so much fun paddle boarding! The crew was very nice and informative and even offered us water. Would love to come back again!
One of my favorite courses while in Las Vegas! Played it three days in a row and don't regret it. Relative to the market, it's a pretty good value.
The location on the strip is great but that’s about it. This hotel is filthy. Housekeeping is nonexistent. My room had crumbs on the floor, sheets were dirty. I had to have them stripped twice. Red stuff on the duvet. Housekeeper needs training. This is definitely an older hotel. I do love the technology for checking in.
Overpriced and Mediocre ! That's the truth. First of all most places are closed during the week ! It look great but was bland. Save yourself the disappointment.
It's cool as an attraction itself but be prepared that you can't do anything without paying money for it. We just wanted to go to the observation deck to look at the city but it was 50$ for two of us so we opted out. We were greatful for the 24/ 7 McDonald's and the hot shower but the firm bed and outdated room (thin walls neighbors woke us up just talking at a normal volume in the neighboring room) and people standing around aggressively trying to sell you time shares and other weird stuff completely turned me off to this place. BUT I would like to highlight the front desk and concierge staff they were phenomenal helpful and friendly.
Dale is a gem of a server, the best service we've had in the US all honeymoon. She immediately helped with allergy information, making me feel very comfortable which is never the case when eating out usually, something which we couldn't thank Dale for enough - she even brought us a free dessert knowing it was our honeymoon! The food was great too, we've visited Spain and had tapas multiple times over there, but this was just as good too. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and couldn't recommend this place enough, particularly to anybody with any food allergies.
White wine Sangria had one blackberry & one grape! Chicken Parmesan was dry and flavorless. Chicken Piccati also flavorless. Meat sauce and rigatoni same. Only dish we all enjoyed was the Calamari and dessert. It was for a birthday celebration-very disappointed.
