We enjoyed the museum, the history is great, and if course the place looks amazing at night. We did both the guided tour and the light show afterwards. I would have skipped the guided tour (assuming there's an option for a self guided walk through the park) I found the tour guide to be a little too hammy. It seemed like the ratio was 70% her working on her one liners to 30% talking about the signs. I'm sure some people enjoy that, it's just not for me. Overall well worth the money, we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Played this course last February, it's a very fun and difficult challenge. For my golf game it was a bit more difficult as it's very much an accuracy type of golf course. Fairways are a premium here and are essential to finding your way around here. The views are great! You can see the strip several times throughout your round and the course was in very good shape. It was a colder day so I had the course to what I felt like was just myself which made it very peaceful and enjoyable. Definitely recommend playing here for a challenge with accuracy. The clubhouse and food here are also top notch! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
When you check in to the gold coast hotel they give you a coupon here for $20 off $50. I was excited because it was so nice looking. Great decor, nice set up. They bring you a bread board. It was not good. Salad came, looked and tasted like cheap bagged mix. Salmon was not edible. Tasted horrible, crab tasted rotten. I should have known better...don't order salmon in the desert. Prime rib wasn't good either but I ate part of it. Overall a huge disappointment.
My party of 5 found themselves at Hennessey's Tavern at 630 on a Thursday night. Fremont Street wasn't crazy busy, but our original destination had a 45 minute wait and we were hungry. We walked right in and found a table, the Thursday night football game was on the TVs so it was a good atmosphere. We all ordered different burgers and various seasonings on the fries. Most of us got the Hennessey Old Fashioned and one a Long Island Ice Tea. My medium rare burger came out well done, but the toppings were good. The Sriracha dusted fries were the right amount of heat and absolutely delicious. However the drinks were extremely weak and watery. For the price, these were not worth it at all. Service was great. We ended up spending about $45 a person including tax, which for the quality of the meal and drinks was way too much. Must be the Fremont Street upcharge. If you're reading this to plan your strategy for a night out, there are better options that are super close to here.
The Redondo was very delicious. That alone I would place as a 5 star but the miso soup that I got with it was very watered down even for miso. The drinks here are pretty good though. You get your food pretty quickly so that was nice.
We really liked staying here. Service and room where really nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect (mid of the strip). The hotel has everything you need. The only thing I don’t like (but this is common with many hotels in Vegas) is the hidden costs. You have to pay some extra service fees and parking is also not included. But else everything was great. We had an amazing king size bed and a wonderful bathtub. Everything seemed clean. The hotel gym is nice and large enough, the pool could be more exciting, but it’s fine. Since I was there with my husband and we wanted to do some spa, we were sad that the spa area is splittend for genders. But I think it’s good for those who prefer not to have it mixed. So it’s fine with us. The spa is also not included in the price. So if you want to use it, you have to pay extra. Overall we liked it here.
The room was cleaner than I was led to believe from many mediocre reviews. The service other than maid service was pretty much non existent. I had to ask a casino pit-boss how to find the elevators to my room. The casino was busy but not so busy that I had to wait for a seat at a black jack table. The tables have $10 minimum during the day and $15 minimum at night. Lots of other casinos have $25 minimums. Many of the shops and restaurants in the resort were closed. All I wanted was a decent cheap room and a blackjack table to belly up to. If you want more there are better resorts but this one is reasonably priced and clean.
Very beautiful. This is a must do when you are in Las Vegas. They have seasonal displays and also they change the conservatory for special holidays like Chinese new year. Everything is made from fresh flowers. Like I said before, a must do.
We had a great time at the rotating bar last Thursday afternoon. I can't recall his name, but our bartender was great. Very funny and informative. Burger and fries were both very good. Great view of the street performers as well.
Oh wow. This place is excellent. Probably the best damn burger I've had in forever. And I was hungry too. It wasn't fit for man or beast the way I ate that food
I live in the North Las Vegas area where this casino is situated. So it is very convenient should I feel the urge to play some video slots or dine at the food court or at one of their many restaurants. They even have a movie theatre but I have not yet had the chance to check out. The casino is not as noisy, crowded or smokey as others in the north part of Vegas and definitely not as congested as Downtown or The Strip. So if you are into quiet gaming without having to wait for your favorite machine then this is the place for you. And there is a drugstore and a strip mall within walking distance if you decide to stay at the hotel from out-of-state. Overall, I enjoy going to this casino.
Amazingly good ‘Army Navy’ by Kavyn! 🤩 Cocktail Extraordinaire in Las Vegas! This man is amazing! Note : I know him before he becomes famous 😉
Hung out here two nights in a row. Both were slow starts. Overall good vibe, mostly from 11pm-1am is when you should visit for the best time. Be careful though as the staff are overly sensitive and seem eager to call security, so be sure to keep the drinking and tone in check.
We came for Las Vegas restaurant week and ordered the special set menu. It was a smoked peach and burrata salad, butter poached halibut, and an olive oil cake. We absolutely loved it, everything was a delight. Our single complaint was that the cake was a bit dry, but our satisfaction in the meal as a whole was 100. Take a look at the pics, everything was as good as it looks. Hope to be back soon!
Rikko was my bartender and he was incredible. Super friendly, suggested amazing drinks and even lived up to my standards of a great Bloody Mary (I’m an ex bartender). Oh and he makes his own cocktail which is AMAZING. 🤗
What an amazing evening! Visited with customers and co-workers while attending a convention. This was a dinner we were all looking forward to and Giada didn't disappoint. We started with meatballs and some delicious bacon-wrapped dates as appetizers, but the pre-meal highlight was the shrimp Cocktail which was so large they looked like mini lobsters. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. Next, we're the Caesar salads which were equally delicious and the oversized pepper grinders were a nice touch.
Went to this restaurant for the first time for my birthday. Was presented with a rose upon entering. Food was delicious but pricey. Salad was prepared at table. Excellent service. Found restaurant to be a little chilly. Overall very nice dinner.
Be prepared to spend some cash! Chicken and waffles $27! All burgers are $22 and up. Drinks are $5. Cost can add up quickly. Great food but can’t say it’s worth the price. But you are in Vegas. This place is a sports persons place ! So many TVs. Large dining area. This is in Harrahs casino , used to be Toby Keith’s “ I love this bar” . Breakfast menu and lunch dinner menu. Not a big menu but great options. Staff was friendly and attentive.
