Had an extraordinary dinner at Alder & Birch, from the delightful cocktails to the scrumptious appetizers and entrees. The evening began with a signature cocktail suggested by our waiter—the Filthy Negroni, a gin masterpiece adorned with luscious filthy cherries. The complimentary bread tray was a pleasant surprise, boasting delicious sourdough, chocolate walnut bread, lavosh, and butter. Embracing a family-style experience, our group of five sampled a variety of appetizers: poke nachos, Caesar salad in a crispy Parmesan cheese bowl, crab cakes, Wagyu meatballs, and tempura rock shrimp. Each dish was superb, with the poke nachos standing out as the highlight. For the main course, I indulged in the Beef Rossini Imperial, which was impeccably prepared, accompanied by Boursin mashed potatoes for the table. My companions enjoyed a range of dishes, including salmon, short ribs, filet mignon, lobster, scalloped blue cheese potatoes (utterly divine), and truffle mac and cheese. Though we were quite full, I couldn't resist ending the meal with a perfectly mixed dirty martini. Alder & Birch comes highly recommended. Our visit coincided with plans to attend a late-night magic show at The Orleans, and spurred by glowing reviews, we chose to dine here rather than exploring elsewhere. This spot is definitely worth a visit.

At Alder & Birch in Las Vegas, we were warmly greeted and our server, Mark F, provided excellent service. Despite the initial assumption due to our casual attire, the atmosphere was delightful. Mark was very attentive to dietary restrictions, especially for my companion with allergies. While the prices were a bit high, the overall experience was fantastic. Next time, I definitely plan on trying out their desserts.

Recently dined at Alder & Birch and had an amazing experience. The cocktails were delicious, especially the Filthy Negroni recommended by our waiter. The complimentary bread tray was a nice touch with a variety of bread and butter. We opted for a family-style meal and sampled a variety of appetizers, all of which were outstanding. My personal favorite was the poke nachos. For my main course, I had the Beef Rossini Imperial which was cooked perfectly. My friends enjoyed a range of dishes including salmon, short ribs, filet mignon, lobster, and more. Despite being full, I couldn't resist a dirty martini to finish off the meal. I highly recommend Alder & Birch. Our visit was prompted by plans to attend a late-night magic show at The Orleans, and we were not disappointed. This spot is definitely worth checking out.

Alder & Birch receives a solid 4 stars from me. Our server was professional and nice. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and is well-suited for large parties. I tried the Rib Eye Steak, Asparagus, Baked Potato, Lamb Chops, Short Rib, House Chopped Salad, and Tempura Rock Shrimp. The steaks and lamb were perfectly cooked, with the asparagus adding a nice touch. While the creme brulee and baked potato were less impressive, I absolutely loved the Tempura Rock Shrimp and even returned the next day to have it again. On my second visit, I ordered the House Chopped Salad which was overdressed and had to be returned. Overall, the service was good and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back to Alder & Birch in the future.

Visited Alder & Birch at the New Orleans before seeing a movie. Found the food and service to be quite good. Enjoyed the atmosphere and was surprised that it wasn't too busy for a Friday evening. Pleasantly surprised to find a steakhouse at the New Orleans.
